Mediation is becoming increasingly popular as a means of resolving disputes without going to court.  Using a third party to facilitate a discussion exploring settlement is effective, costs saving and quick.  Evidence demonstrates that 75% to 80% of cases that go to mediation are resolved as a result.

Neil Goodrum has a wealth of experience as a mediator for over 10 years.  He has dealt with many types of commercial cases, including commercial contract, commercial property, partnership, employment, commercial agency, professional negligence, inheritance and personal injury.

Neil is a member of a number of panels of mediators, including CEDR Solve Direct and the Court of Appeal Panel.  He is also involved in training mediators as a member of the CEDR Faculty.
