'Regeneration' has emerged as a separate label over the last decade.  It usually suggests a development opportunity where a developer will need to work with a number of other partners to deliver development.  We are skilled at working with such partners to minimise any adverse impact on timetables and budgets and to maximise opportunities such as local authority sponsored compulsory purchase or access to additional funding.  We are friendly but firm in our negotiations and we know where the boundaries of that negotiation should be.
